Always does a great job, returns in between the normal 3 month time period if we have any problems, which we tend to do with those pesky ants in the summer. I have been with you for many years and in my experience, your men have been respectful, done a completely good job and are thoughtful. One example is that they always either have a covering for their shoes or take their shoes off when they come in the house. I am wondering whether you also have women in your workforce. If not, that would be the one improvement that comes to my mind that could be made.
