Your customer service staff (especially Lydia) is GREAT! Whenever I called with a question or request, whoever I spoke with were efficient, knowledgeable, and friendly. The same is true for every service provider who visited each of our two houses under contract. This excellent service is why we contracted a third house with Terminix.
