I was able to schedule an appointment quickly, and the tech was excellent the entire way.
Prompt and accurate service to date.
The office staff are friendly and scheduled my service at the first slot they had open. The service tech showed up at the scheduled time, correctly analyzed the problem with my A/C system. He then came back the next day (as he needed items not in his truck the first day) and fixed my system so it is now working fine.
The quality of the maintenance staff. Always willing to explain things and ensure your questions are answered.

Everyone that played a part in my process were phenomenal. From our sales representative, Amanda to the installation dispatcher, Karen to the installers, right down to the technician, Jeremy that came back out when we weren’t getting adequate supply of air to multiple rooms. I can always reach out to Amanda with questions day or night. In a way she’s more like family then a sales rep.

Never ever been so impressed with a company in many many years. From Rep. Amanda Wilkerson to the last tech that came to my home it has been such an awesome experience getting a new AC unit installed. Everything was explained VERY well by every person I worked with. Great! Fast, friendly, and repair explained by serviceman
We spent 14k on a new air conditioner and furnace, we were told that the furnace would be put on a "block" for install, it was not. During the heat wave our AC was not really working, we assumed it was because it was too hot. We called and asked for help once the heat wave broke, and it still took 24 hours to get someone here, when they came they said the damper was in the wrong spot thus we were not getting cold air to floors 2 or 3 of our house (where bedrooms are). Very frustrated.
Standard Heating and Air has installed 2 furnaces in two houses and maintained them for us over the 35+ years we’ve lived in the Twin Cities. All staff have been professional and very knowledgeable. Service appointments are easy to set up and on time.
Alex who came out to fix our ac was such a great person. Let me know what the issue was and got things done. Just a very positive experience.

They are very good with customer service from purchasing new to maintenance and from now on I will call them.
When my air conditioning went out, Standard Heating & Air answered my call quickly and scheduled service that same day. The technician solved the air problem and also checked out the furnace. The technician offered advice on the furnace and the thermostat.

Technicians are professional and have good personalities and attitudes. Always fast service You always take good care of me and are so easy to work with. Never any hassles with warranty service and in some instances have gone above and beyond with the service.
My air conditioning problem was easily solved by Jake who came to assess the issue. Knowledgeable staff.
The person who took my call at Standard Heating took my concern seriously and found a technician to come to my home the very day I called with the concern.
Part of the service call was educational about how my AC works and what I need to do to notice changes.
All personnel were respectful, listened to what I had to say, and also had a bit of humor.
Standard’s people are always on time. I realize there is a possibility a problem can’t always be solved, but they do their best and things seem to turn out. One thing I’ve noticed is whoever arrives to help their client actually really cares and they stand behind their products. What more can you ask?
