Standard Heating proactively contacted me about an issue with my boiler which was under warranty, and chose the long game solution to replace rather than repair. The technicians were professional, friendly, and took the time to not only explain the issues but to answer all of my questions about the new unit.
I was very happy with the entire process of working with Standard Heating & Air Conditioning from start to finish. Every step was very thorough and conducted in a very professional manner. The installation exceeded my expectations. I am glad to chose to work with SH&AC.
The team identified the issue, offered options to solve it, then came out and fixed it—plus they left the work area cleaner than they found it. Added bonus, they accidentally broke a part, took responsibility for it, and were out the next week with a no-cost replacement. This is a team of HVAC ninjas.

I have had this system for 6 years now and never once during any of your "annual services" did any of the techs blow the condinsate drain lines out with Nitrogen....they just blew on it with their mouth and poured some water down them. I know this because I was watching them the entire time during each visit. This latest visit resulted in a condinsate water back up into the furnace and all over the floor around the furnace and me having to call for service again. The tech who came out (Chu?) found that the condinsate drain lines were clogged with a ton of matter causing the back up.
I am very disappointed because I work as a Building Inspector and when people (friends/family/coworkers) ask me who to get a bid from Standard is always on the list.

Consummate professionalism from initial inspection to sales to installation. All we had to do was open the door and (obviously) get you paid! The chimney liner needed replacing. An unpleasant surprise but the crew handled that with expertise and efficiency.

Chou was great. He was amiable and willing to explain to me what was happening. He diagnosed the problem and made the repair very quickly. What impressed me most was his meticulous cleaning of the fan enclosure, filter box, and other enclosed areas. He even wiped down the exterior surfaces after the tune-up was complete and the filters had been replaced. I had not seen such fine attention to details in previous tune-up experiences.

Standard Heating does such a great job! Chris, the technician for my service was wonderful. He showed up promptly (and called ahead to let me know he was on the way), he explained everything clearly, and got the ac back up & running quickly! Everyone at Standard is great, I've been a loyal customer for years & wholeheartedly recommend them!
