Having American Home Shield insurance gives me piece of mind because I know that if something goes wrong with any mechanical items in my home, help is just a phone call away. I don't have to contact repairmen I know nothing about, and hope they are honest and capable. I have had repairs on my A/C and garage door opener in the past year and both times the companies sent by American Home Shield have been prompt, efficient, and helpful. Most importantly, they have had integrity. In addition, I have been using companies recommended by AHS for routine maintenance on my HVAC--these companies have been terrific too.
everything about the company is great. we have been with them now for 5 years and when we need to put in a claim within 2 hours we have a contact from one of their contractors which are great yes we would pass the word to let anyone know about AHS
