Usually everything is very prompt and worth the money. last visit for $99 water check list. I felt waist of time and money. Plumber walked thru house turned on water and flushed toilets. I could have done that myself for $99.00. Went under crawl space to check hot water heater and pumb was under house for 2 minutes.

The staff are professional. The home service workers are helpful and usually
repair the broken in 1 or 2 days after analyze.
As for AHS.......... Up 15.00 on service fee and about 3.00 on monthly charge, not
real happy about that because I live on Social Security.
Today I get a new service co. Watershed Plumbing for my repairs or replacements.
Very responsive, good vendors, stress free as AHS will work with my renter for scheduling after I set up the original request...
