We were visiting Pittsburgh with family for an appointment for a day. At short notice, they were able to accommodate my dog even though we were coming from out of town (my dog goes to Camp Bow Wow in our town). Did all the paperwork by email and they were ready for us the day of the visit. Our dog enjoyed the day there while we were able to finish our visit and pick up in the evening.

The staff is incredible. Very friendly and patient. The camp director, Michelle is the best. Very knowledgeable. The staff know my dogs and always greet them. Always clean. Love the camper cams!! I always feel confident that my dogs are being well cared for whether they are in daycare or camping overnight. A counselor was concerned that one of my dogs was having difficulty waking up and advised me to watch for possible signs of health issues. Each yard has an indoor and outside play area and always has fresh water available.

My girl Lucy loves to come to doggie daycare and also boarding. The staff is very friendly to both my pup Lucy and myself. The cameras are nice to check in on Lucy during the day for both daycare and boarding. We have had zero issues with staff or other dogs. I love that they offer enrichments as well. These give Lucy some one on one time with a staff memeber during her time at camp bow wow. Lucy is a big fan of people and loves the extra attention! If boarding during the holidays, the staff likes to do special themed activities. My favorite was last Easter when the Easter bunny made a visit.
