Everything is quite well organized. The instructors are all competent and passionate about the classes they teach. The pace is moderate enough that I always feel challenged while also being encouraged to move at my own pace/comfort level. I am growing and developing in my practice (relatively new to yoga here) and CorePower is playing an integral role in that process. Above all things, I am Grateful. Special shout out to Kate in the Sunday Community Class!!!
I really enjoyed that my core power yoga experience was made out of my own knowing like I was directed back to my essential consciousness as the subjective witness to the experience.And I went through the flows, and I was going through all the different changes of thoughts, feelings, perceptions and then all of the experiences that were happening inside of my subtle field, while I was at the class, by the end of the class.They all passed away, but I was continuing to exist as the witness.So it was kind of like a crash course in realizing that i'm not my acts, and behaviors. I am not the ax appearing in the witness scene state. I am the subtle seer and witness behind all of the changing sensations throughout the different vinyasa flows. I really enjoy that about core power that it's made out of knowing. And that it's inclusive and loving, and complete. I like that. It was constant continuous and immediate. It was very rewarding.

The teachers are awesome and the classes are great. I want more thorough cleaning of the studio and equipment and higher teacher pay. And I want studios to be able to show support for their causes.
