We used the DJ service for our wedding reception. The online form was easy to fill out. About a week before the event I got a call from my DJ Tyler. We went over the timeline and all special request songs. Very easy going. On the day of Tyler came right up and introduced himself. He offered to get us some water and a snack and gave us a few minutes to collect ourselves before we were introduced. Through the evening he played music that was appropriate to the crowd. He was very good at engaging the crowd. The whole evening progressed at a steady pace, nothing felt rushed. He was good about taking requests and getting them played as soon as possible. He was really good about getting the kids involved in dancing and they all had a great time. A couple of dances Tyler came onto the dance floor to make sure everyone knew what to do. You could tell he really really loves his job. He was super fun and all night people were coming up to me and saying how great he was and they were loving the music. Thank you Tyler for making my reception into a fun dance party!!

Our DJ was awesome!

We used the photography and DJ service. We were very pleased with the communication we had with everyone, including Dan who set all of it up for us. Emily was great, and everyone told me how great they thought she was. People at our reception made multiple comments on the DJ. He played exactly what we wanted, and even helped us set up some of the venue! Tyler got on the dance floor and helped people with the line dances. I'v never seen a DJ so involved.

I loved the DJ services. Our DJ, Tyler, went above and beyond what was expected of him throughout the evening. Even making sure my husband and I had everything we needed when we sat down for dinner.

Everyone at Complete was great to work with! Dan was who I spoke with originally when I was still trying to plan our wedding. He answered all of my questions and made the booking process very easy. Tyler was the DJ at our wedding and he was amazing!!!! We were a little uncertain about what we exactly wanted at our wedding. Tyler met with us a few weeks before the wedding and answered our questions, got to know us, shared his suggestions, and overall made us feel much better about our event. Dan and Tyler also both touched base with us earlier during the week of our wedding to make sure everything was in line. I spoke with Tyler multiple times that week. He was very patient and made sure we had everything we wanted. He made sure everything was great at our ceremony and reception!! Would recommend him for anyone!! The photo booth attendants were great as well!

Everyone was prompt and friendly.

Our photographer was excellent and efficient. She was every where during the ceremony and reception, capturing every special moment on camera. We never had to ask her to be somewhere to get a picture because she was always 3 steps ahead of us. She knew the best angles for every picture also. The videographer was the same way. He seemed to capture the moments that we the most important to me and never made it seem unreal or setup.

The attendants were prompt and setup once everyone arrived. The guests loved the photobooth and the pictures came out great! The staff were friendly and very accommodating! My sister used you all for the photobooth at her wedding. Your company exceeded our expectations then and now! We appreciate your great customer service! Thank you for adding a fun and personable experience to our special day!

Unfortunately, inclement weather problems caused us to curtail the event for which the photo booth was planned. Tyler was extremely understanding and accommodating and moved our booking date to Staff Day 2016. I am very grateful that Complete Greenville offered this accommodation so that I would not lose my investment or have staff miss out on the fun that I anticipate having the photo booth will provide. What a great company to work with!

The reservation/contract completion work was painless and handled very easily via email. The day of the event, Travis was on time and setup quickly, he was prepared to greet our first guests right on time. Both operators were friendly. The setup looked very nice and professional. My team absolutely loved the photobooth and loved getting to take their photos home. It was nice to add a little bit of fun and variety to our party. Looking forward to involved Complete again in the future!
