Complete weddings was unmatched from the start. Between the array of services they offer, to the open communication, to the planning sheet… I can’t say enough. I used the DJ and Videographer services (if I would have discovered them sooner I would have used even more services!!) and they were incredible. The videographer Jonathan worked seamlessly with my photographer and had so much fun with us. Jason the DJ was OUT OF THE WORLD!!! My guests’ jaws were on the GROUND. We had such an incredible time and I truly attribute the success and smoothness of the event to those guys! Jason was a savior because I was so scattered brained and he provided the exact guidance I needed. I truly can’t say enough about this company- they are the COMPLETE package!

Tim absolutely nailed our wedding ceremony and reception. As I mentioned, we had various parts in our wedding night where we requested song build ups to begin at certain timeframes and “drop” at the correct time and Tim did it like a professional. Every music que transition and setup was perfect. Amazing job dude. He fit our personality and music style perfectly and felt like a friend doing our wedding. It was like we were at our own concert and made us the star of the show. I cannot recommend Tim enough. He made the night. Was a great guy as well who fulfilled our every request and did it with enthusiasm and passion. He’s so great at what he does. My wife and I are huge music gurus and I am a musician so we had very high standards of music flow, selection, specific timelines in which songs needed to be played and what parts needed to be played for things like our entrance video and ceremony. They NAILED every single one of them. We were so impressed by Glenn’s response time in a challenging equipment issue we encountered at our venue. His follow up was elite and his customer service unmatched. There was never too many phone calls or questions for him and he was very professional in getting the job done and putting us first.

Jess McGovern is an amazing photographer!! She was extremely organized from the start and she really made everything feel relaxed and fun! So thankful to Jess and Complete for such a great experience on such an important day!

We loved Cion! He was amazing to work with. He made everything so comfortable and really meshed will with our group! He was absolutely amazing! Very go with the flow ands flexible! 10/10!

Scheduling our services with Jordan was great. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in answering all of my questions.

Austin, our DJ was also great. He read the room with music and was accommodating with requests.

Unfortunately, I did not have much interaction with our photobooth attendant; however, after looking at the pictures, it looks like it was a hit!

Our dj Chris was a great fit for us! He did a superb job for our wedding!

It was a great experience, we had our photographer Jackie and our DJ Chris. They both did a fantastic job and made the experience memorable and very smooth! I would highly recommend going through Complete especially if you can get these two they will make the night a stellar experience. Jackie was very patient and guiding to take some extraordinary pictures. Chris went above and beyond when karaoke wasn't working, getting down on her knees and holding her phone for the lyrics for friends family to sing. The photo booth was also very successful and I would have that at your future events definitely worth the couple extra bucks. Overall an amazing experience! Shout Out to Tanner for being there helping with everything going on! Thank you for everything!

Complete Weddings + Events handling our DJ needs for our wedding reception was one of the most manageable, most low-stress parts of our wedding planning. I 100% recommend them and would choose them again in a heartbeat. Communication and steps were all very clear and easy to follow, so I didn't have to stress if I was doing things when and where I was supposed to. The DJ they assigned to our event, Quiz, was excellent and perfect for us. We (my groom and I) were amazed at how professional, considerate, and attentive he was to ensure we had our perfect wedding reception. We noticed throughout the night he was very good at reading the room and playing songs that fit not only our personalities/original song-list of preferences but also the room's needs. Quiz was magic!

Eric and Sean were phenomenal! The set up was smooth and sound was great from our ceremony to reception.

Overall we were very pleased with our photos, and with our photographer, Brenda. She was fun, kind, very detailed in her placement of people in group photos, she worked hard to use every spare moment for photos. It was hot and she persevered beautifully. She was also very long suffering with the things that happened as a result of this being a low budget wedding ($4000.00), and not having professional wedding coordinators. Things like there were unplanned photos during the reception that were mostly requested by a family member. These unplanned photos were very disappointing to the bride and groom because they got stuck there and didn’t get to speak to people on the whole left side of the room at the reception. This is my perspective, and the brides perspective. I’m not sure how Brenda interpreted this incident. I think I should have asked the grooms side of the family for more detailed photo expectations. I did not, and I didn’t know to. I think the bride and groom and wedding coordinators should have been versed in how to keep things on schedule and not let a family member dictate things.

We would have preferred no flash and I wish I had known to have a conversation about that beforehand. I wish we could have met at the church beforehand so the lighting could be examined. My expectations could very well be way off but I just didn’t expect a flash to be used. And just to be clear, I don’t mind the flash itself, I don’t like the look of the flash in the photos.

I think a more detailed family list would have been helpful. It seemed Brenda was caught off guard by the number of people in the family groups and, according to the ones preparing the ice cream, the family photos took much longer than the time allotted.

Another mishap was we didn’t plan time for wedding party photos and so we had to squeeze a few of those in during the reception. These photos are some of our favorites and we are thankful she did these for us. Maybe it is because they were rushed, I don’t know, but they have more of a relaxed feel about them.

A lot of time was taken by the photographer to shoot the send off, which was done in 2 parts. The sanctuary, and the narthex. People were lined up in both places. In the sanctuary, the bride and groom had to redo the sendoff I think 3 times, which was fine and great, but we only got 2 photos of it. We loved that moment and wish we had more photos of it and thought we would because they did it 3 times.

Brenda went with Hannah and Jackson to downtown Dallas to do bride and groom photos after the send off. Just fyi, after the fake send off, Jackson made a wrong turn and it took them like 20 minutes to get back. I just want Brenda to know that they didn’t intend to be gone that long. But the downtown photo shoot was by far the bride and grooms favorite part photography wise. They had so much fun. They said they had beads of sweat dripping off of them so I’m sure Brenda was miserable too. We are very thankful she persevered all the way to the end.

I requested 2 specific photos to be taken at the reception: one with our South Carolina friends and one with our lookout mountain friends and Brenda did these perfectly. They were just what we wanted.

We were told we would get around 300 photos and I think I wish we could have seen more of them and chosen the 300 ourselves. Maybe some would be special to us for reasons unknown to y’all. And I also think they should have been given to us anyway. I understand getting rid of ones that are overexposed or blurry. But if there were perfectly good pictures just being erased into oblivion because they didn’t fit within that number, that is kind of sickening. Maybe there is a good reason not to give us the “extras?”

I haven’t double checked this so forgive me if I am wrong, but we didn’t see a pic of Hannah’s dad walking down the aisle and we thought that was odd.

We know we are low budget customers, and we are grateful to have professional photos! Thank you so much for serving us. My main feedback would be to get more details beforehand: lighting details, flash expectation details, detailed number of family members. And I’m tempted to say be more assertive about these things, but then again, maybe if she had been more assertive we would be talking about how much we didn’t like her. She truly handled herself beautifully and was extremely gracious even during the times when I’m pretty sure she was frustrated.

I hope this feedback is helpful. I’m giving it not knowing anything about your previous experiences. Maybe you have learned things about people in general and that played in to the way things are done and I should have reasons to be grateful that I’m not aware of. Yall are the professionals and I think you very much know what you’re doing. We are very pleased with our overall experience.

Our DJ, Jordan was amazing!!!! I could not recommend him more! My coordinator cancelled last minute and he helped with several details that he definitely didn’t have to. My night went so smooth thanks to him. If I had the money to, I would have tipped him like 1k because he was so amazing!!!
