Alaina was a wonderful DJ and just person in general. Below I will go over both aspects and how she did.

DJ

She was an absolutely wonderful DJ despite my being a little more than helpless. A month before our wedding, she reached out, and we went over different aspects/song/games of her being a DJ. She helped explain some things to us, such as the different games that we could play at our wedding, and those were super fun. I had asked if I could send her a playlist of songs that both my Wife (fiance at the time) and I had an interest in an she was more than accommodating. Although I had never sent her those songs. However, despite my not doing that, she still played great songs, definitely catering to the younger community (20-30), which we had asked for. Played some line dance songs, and it was absolutely wonderful.

Our venue manager had actually asked if she could move because the location that I had suggested would get in the way of the walkway. Without hesitation, Alaina said that she would move, and I had helped just because I felt bad that she had set up where I asked her to and still asked her to move. None of this was a huge deal because Alaina did show up two hours early, which is never a problem, and she was able to work with us. Lastly, our reception did end earlier than we had anticipated. We had spoken to Alaina about getting a possible refund for the extra time that we had paid for. Unfortunately, because it's not Alaina's fault that the venue had ended early, we were unable to get a refund. But this is nobody's fault, simply thought that it should be mentioned.

Person

Alaina, as a person, was very kind and cooperative. Consistently making sure my Wife and I were enjoying ourselves, asking if there was anything she could do to make us even happier with the day, so on and so forth. She's absolutely incredible, more than communicative, and easy to have a conversation with. And despite our lack of attendance, she still seemed to make sure everyone else was included and having fun as well. Now, whether that's her being a DJ or her being her, it was wonderful to see her trying to include everyone and making sure everyone enjoyed themselves.

Overall Experience

We were so happy to see Alaina trying to make the most stressful day of our lives feel very relaxed and chill. She was very easy-going and a nice change of fresh air, with all the chaos that goes into wedding planning. I don't see myself needing a DJ in the future; however, if I do, Alaina will be my first call.

The website and communication was top notch, very professional! Mason was amazing!!!! He was the exact right fit for our wedding, fun… interactive and just what we wanted! He worked hard to make everything perfect and fun! He got the crowd dancing!!

Professional service arrived on time did an excellent job. Our DJ kept the dance floor busy all night.

Everything was amazing! Photography, DJ services, Photo booth, and day-of coordination all went so smoothly. Our photography sneak peeks just came in and so far we are LOVING Sky’s work. Alex was an absolute like-saver, have her coordinating our wedding took such a weight off of our backs, we couldn’t have done it without her.

My fiancé and I used Complete Weddings + Events for our DJ and photo booth at our wedding ceremony and reception – They were wonderful to work with in both capacities! The pricing was unmatched compared to other local companies and we felt as though we got the biggest bang for our buck with Complete’s services. From the start, I really enjoyed using Complete’s digital tool where we could outline all of our event details, song requests, photo booth preferences, etc. It helped ensure that we weren’t missing any details. We worked with Glenn for the initial planning phases and he was always extremely responsive to my MANY questions from the time of booking all the way up until the event. Ryan from St. Louis was our DJ for the wedding and he did an absolutely SUPERB job the entire day! Not once did anything go astray from the outline of music we had planned. Our song list contained several different playlists and our song selection was pretty extensive with songs that aren’t super well-known, and we even had specific timings that we wanted songs to play out from, so it definitely had the potential to be confusing! But this was no problem at all for Ryan, he handled it effortlessly and played everything exactly how we had discussed. He even went above and beyond to purchase an additional speaker so that we could have music playing both indoor and outdoor during our cocktail hour, which wasn’t expected at all, and was such a pleasant surprise! It shows that Ryan truly cares about his clients’ experience and wants your day to be perfect. I can’t give enough praise to him! Our open-air photo booth coordinator, Cecil, was also wonderful! He did the exact set up and backdrop that we had requested and all the photos look great. There were even options to do GIFs, videos, and other fun features with the photo booth too! On all accounts, our experience with Complete Weddings + Events, Ryan, and Cecil was phenomenal and we would certainly recommend them to anyone looking for DJ and photo booth services for their special event!

Melissa was so helpful with how we should take photos and what photos we should take. She talked us through her process and what she is looking for and wanted to hear what we were wanting done. She was constantly wanting know how we were doing and how we wanted things to go. She had ideas that she wanted to do and made sure it was okay with us before hand. The entire night was absolutely incredible. Our DJ, Cody, kept the energy and atmosphere going so strong, and knew how to adjust the flow of events that kept spirits high. Megan and the Photo Booth team were also incredible, and created a fun activity for our guests, and everyone loved the photo strip album. Could not be happier with our team for our wedding!

The DJ accommodated every request I had to make my ceremony unique and not like everyone else. He was able to customize things that I wanted last minute for the reception. He also allowed my children to help him DJ throughout the night, which I thought was very special.

We had Michelle and Zoey as our photographers and J Dagger as our DJ. It was a night I will never forget. With the amount of vendors we had to work with for my wedding, complete was the easiest and nicest company to work with. It was so organized, I felt heard and cared for and I wouldn’t have changed a thing. I received so many compliments from my guests on the photographers and DJ and how they did spectacular in their roles. We had a blast and it wouldn’t have been possible without them. Thank you Complete, for making this a night to remember, for having amazing people on your team, and for making my biggest dream come true. I would recommend them to anyone!

We used the DJ and videographer through Complete Weddings and they were both great and the communication was also amazing. Dustin took a little over an hour to go over the vision for the reception flow and music, he did great keeping everything moving the day of. I am excited to see the final video when its ready!

When our DJ was unable to attend the event at the last minute, Dan substituted at the last minute, which was very nice.

Complete Weddings + Events were incredibly accommodating and easy to work with. Communication before and throughout the event was great and helped everything feel organized and stress-free. Adam did an excellent job keeping things moving and maintaining a fun, high-energy atmosphere throughout the night. His ability to adapt seamlessly to our unique venue and setup was especially appreciated, and everything felt smooth and enjoyable.

All of the photos that we wanted were taken as well as extra photography shots. At the reception, many of the songs that we requested were played and all of the events that we wanted to happen at the reception happened.

Good communication and pleasant employees

Our Photobooth attendant was so sweet. There was a small malfunction so she stayed over a little to compensate for the missed time! She even grabbed my husband and I to ensure we got to get our photos taken! If she hadn’t done that, I’m not sure we would have actually gotten around to using it! So I am super grateful she did that for us. Communication throughout the planning was excellent as well!

The crew was very easy to communicate with and listened to our desires and helped us have an amazing evening.

I loved that my family and I could just sit back and enjoy the wedding and reception with my daughter. Janetta was incredible! Very precise and discrete. She made our small reception feel very special. Matt was more helpful than I could have imagined. He really went above and beyond. Together they were on-spot all day long. They made everyone, including the bride, very comfortable. They really made the difference between just so-so and extraordinary.

Both Erik and Dj went above and beyond for me and Robby! They rolled with the flaws of the day and helped us make it the best ever... literally made our dinner plates for us! Worth every penny!!
