It’s easy to check in. The app tells you how long it’s been since I had a haircut. The stylists are friendly and do go good quick job. I like the discounts on Wednesdays.

However..You absolutely Need to get your head office to rebuild a new easier app allowing clarity for faster and easier online reservations, and faster and easier password resets.
Your present app is prone to dropping reservations, double reservations and confusing navigation even after logging in.
Also you need a points reward system to stay competitive.
