What do you like about your CorePower Yoga experience?

There has been a difference in my approach to workouts, CorePower HPF definitely has changed my body and mindset. The Loop studio is small and cozy but gigantic in customer service and attention from the staff. I was lucky enough to catch Maura at a NEW scheduled evening class. Her style and flow was very challenging and didn't skip a beat. I enjoyed every sweat breaking minute and hope to return when time allows.

I'm grateful for the 45 min lunch yoga sculpt class every day. I would love it if the instructors spoke to each other so each day was more different since I go every day and some of the exercises are the same.

New location is awesome because it is so much closer to work, but I still fear that it may be a bit too small for a Down Town crowd early in the mornings! - I am going to have to try it out!

I love the classes and the instructors. The only thing I wish there was was spray or wipes to wipe down my mat at the end of each class.
