You know on a hot af day you are wishing for a little breeze and you just shut your eyes to relax you feel that gust of wind. That’s what it felt like when Stacie fanned us while cooling down. 10/10 class, would come back again!!

What I liked about going to CorePower Yoga was being welcomed when I entered the studio, happy vibe at the front desk and a killer workout. The instructor was great guiding the class, offering modifications, and overall encouragement.

I went to the yoga sculpt class on a sunday morning. I'm an extremely active person and I could not keep up.
It was a class that constantly pushed me and I really enjoyed that. Nothing beats the feeling of when you're done from a great workout!

The only feedback I have is sometimes I was lost (probably because of my lack of experience) when there was not a demo of the movement, but generally it's very easy to understand.
The instructors are all so welcoming and engaging. The studio is always in such good condition before classes.
