Just one example: I have had car dealer service departments tell me that they could not get my vehicle wheel alignment within factory specs. Christian Brothers also could not get it within specs. However, the difference is that at Christian Brothers was able to tell me why, and what parts were necessary to get my vehicle back within factory settings.

These people are like family.. only very skilled.

Quick service, very thorough, knowledgeable and honest.

More fair and honest than other auto service and repair shops I have been to. I feel they aren’t recommending work we don’t need as some other places routinely do. And they are good at being honest about what work and services are really necessary versus not. Crazy to say it, but I actually feel like I can trust them.

Response time to an issue I had with my “engine” light is rapid and efficient. I had a pick up time scheduled within minutes.

The assessment and testing of the problem was efficient and thorough. I was updated every step of the way and provided options to the resolution.

Excellent customer service and as always, pick up and drop off service is SO APPRECIATED! Johnny, Steve and Anthony kept me informed and Anthony called me when he was at my driveway at drop off and handed me my keys and receipt in person! THANKS EVERYONE!
