I originally came in on a Friday night, as they were closing, to have my check engine light ran for code to see if it was serious. They explained what it was and why it was important but driving it would not hurt it at all, oh and no charge. I waited a couple weeks until the timing was right and took it in. They completed everything, communicated the whole time and made sure I knew everything. They also identified a few small things without pressuring me to get them completed. I am always suspect when there are other issues. But no pressure from them. I can’t help but giving them an “exceptional customer service” rating 10 out of 10!

I felt that CB do not only fix your car but they too care deeply about you and they are willing and ready to make sure your mobility is not affected while they have your car at their shop. They offer pick up and drop if needed. They helped check my car that had been repaired few weeks before and found that the problem was actually not taken care of. They gave me a full report which I returned to the shop that had “worked on my car “ and they had to do the work all over again at no cost because they knew that their work would be check by CB. Their trustworthiness and good work is their rare service that everybody deserves. I am so glad I now have the right people to go to.

From the first call I made to schedule an appointment for my car to picking it up after the work was finished, a feeling of satisfaction was apparent. Rob Gilland, the owner was cordial and accommodating for giving me shuttle service to and from. The other folks I talked with at Christian Brothers Automotive, answered my questions with ease. I also liked the emailed estimate with photos of the troubled car parts. CBA seems to be a state-of-the-art company. I'll be scheduling my next appointment with CBA!

I liked that their prices were very reasonable as compared to dealership service prices. They also gave me a ride home after I dropped off my car for service then when my car was done they drove my car back to my house. That was greatly appreciated. The owners were very friendly, polite, and respectful towards me as a customer.

Simply said my experience was awesome!, had an issue with my car with a few OBD codes, not knowing what it was my warranty company gave me a list of shop I could take it to, being ripped off by Mid as before, I was reluctant of chain shops but I made the appointment to save the spot and was gladly surprised when the appointment was confirmed by phone, text and email!, then I got a reminder and took my vehicle, the person at the desk was most attentive and courteous, took note of my comments and took the car in (my wife picked me up for I didn't know there was a courtesy shuttle to take me back home).

They called me back with a diagnostic, explained the issue and took care of arranging the claim with the warranty company, ordered my parts and had me on my way the following day, it was simple very accurate and very quick to work out the issue. I will gladly use their services again even if off warranty.

The repairs my 2005 Chevy Astro needed were done effectively and at a reasonable price. I recently moved here from another state where I had a reliable shop to maintain my 15 year old van. When my A/C went out I had no idea where to take my van in this area. Based on one experience with a Christian Brothers in another state I gave Barrington CB a shot at it to see how they would do. They did an excellent job on the A/C so when my van's engine totally stopped running (after a couple of years of deteriorating performance) I let them work on that, too. They found and fixed everything that had worn out in the past 15 years related to the problem. Now I have lots of cold air, an engine that is running better than it has for several years and a new reliable shop to help me maintain my van.

They kept me updated even if they didn't have anything new to report.
