The tech that worked on my couch, chair, and area rug (Peter White) was very knowledgable about the construction of the furniture, and the make up of the fabric. He checked to be sure that each piece could be cleaned safely, and in the case of the chair/ottoman, he couldn't find a tag that gave cleaning instructions. So he said he'd rather not clean them because he didn't want to damage them - what he DID know was that, due to this particular construction and fabric, water was not to be used. I appreciated his honesty!

Our guy Peter was so nice, professional and fast. I have a dog that gets very barky when
new people our in our home. I did seperate her into another room but she barely noticed
that Peter was in the other room cleaning. The equipment was so quiet you could hardly
hear it so our dog only barked a couple times (quietly, or her). So impressed with that.
I have already recomended Peter to my brother in law who is going to have his carpets cleaned next month. I will continue to recommend Peter and will definately call him next
time when I need my rug cleaned again. Thank you.

The carpet cleaner, Peter, did his best to fit in our service during a busy time of the month. He was punctual, did a BEAUTIFUL job on the cleaning and the price was quite fair. We are so pleased and love looking at the beautifully cleaned carpet. We were having some construction done and the company was planning to have Servicemaster clean our carpet in the construction area, so we requested that S/m clean the entire carpet, planning to cover the balance ourselves. We are very glad we did. Thanks!
