I really appreciated how attentive staff was during Ponyo’s interview - pulling her out and having her come back for a second interview to make sure that she was ready (rather than letting her get overwhelmed) made me feel a lot more comfortable leaving her in the future :)

Our dog (Teddy) is always thrilled to come to camp bow wow. The woman at the front desk is always wonderful and greets our pup by name as he walks in (wish I remembered her name but she is awesome). Teddy is always worn out by the end of his stay from playing but sad to leave. Love the cameras as well.

I appreciate the workers who meet me at the door with smiling faces and reassuring words. I had never left my dogs with anyone, and it wasn't easy for me. Additionally, I liked the ability to use the cameras to look in on them from time-to-time, while I attended my event.

The people who work there
There is nothing I don’t love about CBW. My dog loves it, she’s a pup so when I have a lot to do for the day, or need to get away, have too many things going on with work for a few days, or when it comes to a puppy a nice break, I board her, and she is totally in great hands…. I love the flexibility, most of my plans for both daycare and boarding are last min, and so far no issues with accommodations. Even if there were to be, it’s my crazy life that is all last min as a biz owner, can’t hold it on them!

The greeter was lovely last time I went and I love the ability to watch my dog on video if needed. My enthusiastic pup is calmer here than other daycares.
