We’ve had two of our dogs day care and over night stay and we think the crew are very friendly and caring .. we truly love Camp Bow Wiow!

Annie loves going to camp. As soon as she enters the lobby she is wagging her tail and whoever gets her always makes her feel loved. It is great to hear. Everyone is is awesome, caring and take great care of our babies. The counselors are great. I love when I look on the camera and I see them petting her. I feel very comfortable leaving her and even boarding her which I have done several times. I would recommend this place for your dog to feel loved and play.
When Annie comes home from camp she is exhausted so I know she had a great time.

I like that the camp is open from 7a-7p. The staff are very friendly and I can tell that they love dogs. The place is very clean. I can also use the camp monitor to see how my fur baby is coping with the day’s activities. I would highly recommend the camp to my family and friends!

It's close and convenient and packages are offered to help with the cost. My dog loves going and she sleeps very well when she comes home. The staff is friendly and knows my dog by name.

I particularly like how well staffed the facility is. There seems to be a very nice ratio of counselors to dogs. I like their professionalism, smiles and willingness to answer any questions I have about the care of my pet. I trust Camp Bow Wow not only for day care but also for the grooming and boarding of my pet. I have never been dissatisfied with any of their services and would highly recommend them to anyone needing dog care.

That treat my dog as their own pet. My dogs nail got torn away from the quick and they acted quick to disinfect the nail. They also kept her separate from the our dogs so she doesn’t further harm her self playing.

Friendliness of staff, convenience of booking online, and how excited my dog is to go every time

We had taken Linc to other Camp Bow Wow and in all honesty there was never a feeling that the staff liked dogs or their jobs. They infrequently spoke and had little interaction with the dogs. And it was not just Linc.

At the North facility, they knew Linc's name after the first day and really seem happy to see her. And it has never changed. Every dog is greated by name and a hug or least a smiling face. Linc has separation anxiety that is getting better because the kindness and structure of the facility is making her a more confident and happy dog. Thanks.

I have been sending my dog there for about a year now. There is so much I love about Camp Bow Bow in Elmwood Park.

1- Every single worker is pleasant, helpful and super dog friendly.
2- They will go out of their way to help you at the last minute. There have been a couple of times that I have had to call at the last minute and ask them to keep her overnight. They are so accommodating.
3- They are very conscious of the dogs' well being. If they feel something is amiss with your dog, they contact you immediately.
4- They have various things you can sign your dog up for, such as snuggle time or private play time.
5- They are extremely reasonably priced.
6-Most importantly of all, MY DOG LOVES IT. When I tell her in the morning that she's going "to camp" she runs around like a lunatic until we leave. When we get there, she practically knocks me out of the car so she can get inside.

We love taking our dog to Camp Bow Wow in Frederick MD. Our dog perks up whenever we say, “bow wow!”, she knows it’s time for a fun day with her friends at camp. The team is always so friendly and professional. We love knowing our dog gets to play in safe environment with other dogs. She comes home happy and ready for a nap.
