I love the staff. The staff has been extremely kind to my dogs, they are professional and they always seem to go above and beyond. I think they are all exceptional and I very much appreciate all the care that they give to my dogs and the way they go that extra mile to insure that my dogs are comfortable.
The facility is clean, the access is flexible and everyone including Bill the owner is kind and they work super hard and do an excellent job.
I have been very pleased with all aspects of my experience and I would recommend this facility.

You are good to the dogs & are so accommodating with special food & medications for my Murphy. Guinness has a ball playing with the other dogs. Your booking process is easy. The camper cams alleviate any worry because I can see my dogs. Love your vaccine reminders. The staff at Trumbull Dr are wonderful.
Bolt enjoys the time he spends at Bow Wow and I enjoy watching him play while away vacationing. Knowing he's being cared for by really nice people!
Exceptional facility and staff. Camp Bow Wow always puts 110% into taking care of the dogs and providing stimulating tons of activities along with daily play. We’ve utilized them for overnight stays as well and we cannot emphasize how well cared for Apple is. Their staff are fantastic and provide the best of care and tons of love. The owner is a pleasure to talk to and does a great job of keeping us informed. He puts a lot of pride in his business and it shows through his updates of the facility, the cleanliness and the quality of the staff.
The personal touch! The staff is always friendly and greets Grover as if he were a celebrity. His groomer, Dawn, makes him look extra handsome, finishing his bath by putting a bow tie or bandana on his collar.

The staff is caring, energetic and efficient. Getting the pup in and out is always quick and I am always greeted by someone with a smiling face...something that is always appreciated on rough mornings!
Bow Wow south comes up with cool little seasonal events that are always fun and I feel like the price is fair. There may be cheaper competition around, but I would rather go here.
Mike is so kind and does a wonderful job grooming my dog, who is pretty skittish about it.

All the “camp counselors” are super friendly and I can tell they love the pups that go there for care and play!

Staff love each and every dog in their care. Courteous and respectful to dog parents. My pup loves to attend and starts to wag her tail the minute I park the car and she realizes where she is.
Pleasant people at the front desk very flexible and good pricing. Dogs get a lot of exercise as well.

Dogs are separated at night and well supervised during the day. Most importantly my Daisy seems to like coming there.
From the first phone call asking for information was my experience pleasant, professional and informative. Camp Bow Wow is such a lovely place. The meet and greet my dog Comet experienced was stellar! The team was very accommodating to him and made sure he was comfortable and received everything he needed. I am grateful for Camp Bow Wow! Camp bow wow in Bloomfield is AMAZING. My fiancé and I were so shocked at how caring and attentive the staff is. It makes such a difference being able to have 24/7 video footage of the dogs. It appears there is always 2 staff members attending the dog area at all times and they actually pay attention and interact with the dogs. I have been recommending camp bow wow to all of my doggie parents!
Your staff are amazing and clearly care about the dogs in their care. And the facilities are new and very clean. Nicest daycare I've ever seen!
For dog boarding, we were Happy that our dog is not looking at four walls most of the time but can interact with other dogs and people. Nice to have the web cams also. We liked that we could include the dog bath after boarding all week.
