Hours of operation. 7am-7pm is great timing. Friendly staff that I trust our fur-baby with. Live video so I can see him various times of the day.

Everything!

From the time you book a boarding stay for your pup to the time you pick them up, everything is top notch. I really appreciate the email confirmation that is sent when boarding is booked. The check-in for boarding is very thorough and they check on everything! My pup is so well taken care of and he loves going to see his friends (furry and human!). I especially love that you can check in on them when you want to, via the cams. All around great experience, would highly recommend Camp Bow Wow Hicksville to everyone!

Everyone is very friendly and excellent with my dog. One person in particular goes above and beyond - Angel, she’s always doing fun things with my dog which makes his time at camp that much better.

Camp Bow Wow amd Michael did a wonderful job cutting my dogs nails! My dog gets so much anxiety about getting his nails cut and one place turned us away. Michael was able to get the job done!

I would like to thank all the workers, the camp counselors, and everyone that took care of Peyton. From watching him every day, I saw that he was having a good time when he came home I noticed that he even lost a little weight from the exercise he was getting, I am grateful to all of you for everything that you have done and I will look forward again to bring him for another vacation.

This is a great way to socialize, give exercise or to board your dog. Ours always love their time at “Camp". The staff is always very helpful and friendly.
