We love that everyone knows our dog and welcomes her everything she visits! And we have always had good luck making reservations when we need them.
Service is great, you seem to document everything thoroughly. The only issue I have is that you have my cell number and home number mixed up! So when you call to leave a message (which you did), I don’t get it until I get home. I corrected this error when I signed Drake and Blu in. But for some reason it was not executed!

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Even though we aren’t there weekly they make us feel like they remember us and like our dog! Our dog seems happy to be there! Love that we can peek on him with the video cams and see him happily wagging his tail away!

Our two boys are always very well cared for and loved. There are closer facilities to our house but we make the drive to camp bowwow.

Our dog is happy to go there and happy to see us when we pick her up. I was worried about leaving her over night, but she seemed to do well. I think the people who work with the dogs are caring and genuinely like dogs and treat them well. I like the fact that she has other dogs to be with so she’s not sitting by herself in a kennel all day, she’s busy and then tired at night. I enjoy looking for her on the camper cam.
I lived that I can watch ky dog from the cameras.
The staff is super friendly. The facility is clean. And I can check in on my baby anytime during the day.
