Everyone was very nice at the camp. I felt like they cared greatly about my dog and made me feel safe leaving him there. All of my questions/concerns were met courteously and efficiently. Thank you very much! My dog has enjoyed his first couple days at camp, and I plan to use Bow Wow as a place for him to grow and have fun while I am busy.

They take such good care of my old guy. He always gets a spaw day when he stays so when I pick him up he’s always so clean ! They make sure he gets all his meds and give him such love. Going away is no stresss when’s he’s staying here.

Rosie gets very excited to visit Camp Bow Wow. We feel it is a safe place for daycare and boarding. Mingling with other dogs has helped her with socialization tremendous.

I loved your interview process. I thought that it made sense to see if my critter would get along with your regular clients before booking boarding for her. I loved being able to watch my girl whenever I wanted, which was frequently. I loved that you had no problem fixing her kibble with a topper and giving her medication. I know she is shy and was sad to see that it took her a long time to feel comfortable, but I loved when your staff would pay attention to her and give her some affection. I almost cried when she got an ear scratch and kiss on the head from the young man one afternoon. I know that she was not used to being boarded, but this was the best possible place for her.

The staff is friendly and knows my pup by name. They genuinely get excited to see Gus every time he comes to CBW.
We bring Gus for day care and boarding. When we board I like the report card that gives me an update of what he did while we were away.
Heidi the owner is very involved in the daily activity and very respectful and polite. She always returns calls promptly and is very accommodating.
It is important that my pup is safe and well cared for if he is not with our family. CBW is his home away from home and I love that. I gives me comfort.
After visiting two other doggie daycare and boarding facilities, we knew Bow Wow was the place for our little Dommy. The staff are wonderful! They're very attentive and professional and made us feel comfortable with leaving our fur baby in their care. No other facility was willing to give us a tour of their facility or where our little one would be housed, or the play area. Bow Wow is very organized in all aspects of the services they provide, 1/2 day or full day camp, boarding, training, and grooming. They have no problem taking you on a tour of the facility and answering any questions or concerns.
Since it was our first time using the day camp and overnight boarding, we were very happy they provided an App for a webcam which allowed us to view our little one when we were missing him or just needed to know how he was interacting with the other fur babies.
Our baby has never been around other dogs before this visit. He was exhausted when he got home, but was better behaved than before his time at Bow Wow. We think he was bored before attending Bow Wow which resulted in him destroying any toy or pillows we provided, within a few hours. We bought him a new doggie pillow and a few chew toys after he got home. It's been almost a week, and he hasn't destroyed either of them! We're looking forward to his next visits which will help more with his socialization and alleviate his occasional boredom.

My dog Riley has been going to camp Bow Wow regularly on Wednesdays for six years and he has boarded there several times for two or three weeks at a time. He has no problem letting me know when he doesn’t want to do something and can be quite stubborn at times. However he is always willing and happy to go to Camp Bow Wow and (that wasn’t true at the first facility I took him to) and that is the most important thing to me.

I MET MARK,CHRISTINE,AND GUY....ALL WERE SO PROFESSIONAL,BUT EXTREMELY FRIENDLY.THE SERVICES PROVIDED WERE PERFECT AND MOST IMPORTANT THEY CARE ABOUT EVERY VISITOR.PLUS THE TWO YOUNG PEOPLE WHO CAME OUT TO MEET OUR TWO YOUNG DOGS WERE SO NICE AND CARING AS WELL.WE ALL LOVE OUR FAMILY MEMBERS SO LEAVING THEM AT CAMP BOW WOW,THEY ALL MADE US COMFORTABLE.....THANK YOU
