We are going away and this is the first time Gus has been without us in his 10 yrs of life. I was very hesitant about leaving him in a boarding facility, but the staff and the atmosphere is so inviting and friendly.
There is an interview process to see how well your pet responds to the camp. I liked how my dog was treated. Not just as another dog coming to camp or boarding. He was treated like an individual. He was allowed to meet the other dogs which I did not think would go so well but it went great with the staffs training and expertise, they did a wonderful job introducing Gus to his peers.
There is a service option of one on one time (Gus loves individual attention) I really like this service along with the ability to view him while we are gone. There are other great services Camp Bow Wow offers too, that I am sure other owners and pets would benefit from.

Thank you so much for going above and beyond and accepting my dog the day I called due to a family funeral. Everything was ready when i got there and everyone knew my dog's name when we walked in the door. They made sure my dog had fun, was fed, and took his meds. This made a really sad time for our family, much easier, especially knowing our pup was taken care of. Thank you!
