Camp Bow Wow is extremely friendly and professional. They are thorough regarding the care of your pet so you can feel comfortable knowing your pet is in good hands while you are away.
The individual attention the employees give to the dog's with as many as there are. No kennels,cages as my gog as a Pupply 21/2yrs.ago was abused in one.That there are cameras in each room which gv's security. Making sure all dogs are vaccinated and interviewed. That they will gv medication daily to my dog,and do too allergies will gv them treats and food for their dietary needs. Kindness.
Your staff is very nice so I think that must carry over to the dogs.
Also the cameras but last month I couldn’t use the cam and I was bummed.
Other kennels simply warehouse my dog and keep her alive. Camp Bow Wow provides bearly a full day of active, supervised packe exercise.

Your staff is friendly, helpful and many have been employed for a long time, this speaks volumes to me about the work/professional environment. THe staff clearly loves animals. Recently we took a long 14 day trip and I could relax knowing my pets Kihea and Lola would be cared for, receive the affection they crave, exercise and be in a safe environment. We have been clients at the San Clemente Bow Wow for several years for these reasons.
Every one is very kind and loves our dogs. Since our dogs are little, approaching them slowly and softly makes them not scared and that little special attention goes a long way.
