I like that you offer affordable grooming while my pet is at daycare or camping & that my dogs comes home sleepy from a fun day with friends. I love that he actually wants to get in the car now because he is so excited to come back! I love that you offer daycare when a pet is staying overnight so we have time to pack up and head out and are not rushed to get over to you. I also enjoy that the staff has always been friendly and encouraging especially when my adopted dog came for a trial day and I wasn't sure how he would do, one of your employees actually stood with me and explained what you do during interviews and how he will be cared for when I leave. And lastly I love that you have cameras so my mom can watch her pup and check on him when she is missing him.
What I did not like was the unprofessional and discourteous attitude of Hailey when I brought in my dog. But first, I made my reservation with Shannon and was never told that the interview would take 3 hours. Upon arrival, Hailey also tells me that my dog may not be able to stay because there might not be room. I explained that I made the reservation a few days earlier and was never told about the possibly of this happening because of an interview which I was allowed to bring him to on the same day after speaking with Shannon. Hailey was also rude by the manner she handed me the application by placing it on the counter with pen not bothering to hand it to me. Luvi, who was extremely polite, courteous, and helpful, told me that I could pay on pickup which your documentation states. Hailey, however, told me I had to pay before I departed which is in contrast to your documentation. Finally, this response system needs repair as I answered the question about your services with a zero and the result appeared as a "10". This gives a false reading that all customers believe you are going to be recommended to friends and yet, that is not true with me after Haileys behavior,disrespectful tone, and arrogance. Her final act of disrespect was when I asked about a discount for Veterans, she said there was one and asked for my ID because she needed a copy. If I'm a Veteran when I bring the dog in on my initial visit, I'm an Veteran for subsequent appointments and should only have to provide my ID once for validation without a copy being placed in a file that I have no idea of ithe file's purpose as a customer. I am happy that Luvi was there to make this a successful opportunity for my dog. She is the only reason I might return. Thank you.

Pleasant and caring staff, the CBW team is quick at processing arrivals and pick-ups, and the grooming services are a great added convenience. We love the live cams, our family uses them on a regular basis but wish the coverage was better; wish the camera naming conventions were consistent between the mobile application and the website; and wish we had the ability to zoom in and out - even the grandparents enjoy watching the Camper Cams!
