Loved the camera to check on my dog while I was away. They did also bathe him and he smelled great. Most places I have gone to give him a bath and I have to lean down and smell to see a difference. Here I could smell right away and his fur was very soft.

I appreciate how you handle my dogs and the attention they are given. You don't just put them in a kennel and walk them a couple times per day. They are out in the yard playing with the other dogs and having a great time. My dogs are always happy to go to Camp Bow Wow, which lets me know they are treated well.
Friendly staff, my dog seems to like everyone there when I watch on the live cameras. They do everything they can to keep the dogs happy, clean and healthy and are great with following care plans.

The atmosphere is very welcoming. The staff obviously adores the animals and I often see the interacting with them on camera (as opposed to other franchises where they are on the phone).
How can I pick one thing? The front office staff who greet me so warmly but more importantly how warmly they greet Daisy.

Emma's ability to socialize, to go outside or inside. Her play area was supervised. I like being able to watch her on the monitor. She is able to have a resting time in her own space. Travel time to your facilities from our home is reasonsble

I have only used this service once - for the interview, which Emma passed. I have pit in request for another play day but have not heard back yet.
I liked how many employees there were that were engaged in the care of my dog. I liked that they interviewed the dog to see if he was well socialized. To me that means the other dogs have been tested too which gives me faith in the safety of my dog. I loved that the first day was free!! I love the discount for initial daycare.
