The Mathnasium team in Muswell Hill is full of brilliant maths mentors. They have an engaging manner that has motivated my son to make real progress in some of the more complex maths topics. My son just started going to Mathnasium and loves it! He loves maths so every week he gets challenged by the wonderful tutors and staff during his session. Everytime I pick him up he has the biggest smile on his face, maths is his passion and Mathnasium ticks all the boxes!
Only in a few weeks of being at Mathnasium my daughter has built her confidence in understanding the concepts in Maths and how to better approach problem solving.
My daughter, who is 7 years old and in Year 2, attends Mathnasium every week after school, and we’ve seen a real positive difference in her approach to maths. She is much more confident now and is willing to try questions that she would have previously found challenging.
The instructors are patient, encouraging, and explain concepts in a way that really makes sense to her. The learning feels personalised, focusing on the areas where she needs support while also helping her build on what she already knows.

My son has been attending for 5 months now and the progress he's making is really encouraging. What works particularly well for him is the group study environment, being surrounded by tutors who are available when needed, rather than the pressure of a one-to-one session where you feel obliged to fill every minute. He uses the time as he pleases, asks questions when he needs to, and gets on with his work independently the rest of the time.
The unlimited session model is a real bonus too, especially during school holidays when he can go every day and make the most of the flexibility.
The tutors have a wonderful positive energy, and the manager Salima is absolutely lovely, always welcoming and clearly cares about the students. Highly recommend for any parent looking for a supportive, low-pressure environment for their child to learn.
We have had a great experience at mathnasium so far! Mathnasium creates an environment that my children really want to go to. Both my year 4 and year 2 look forward to their sessions and come out with a sense of pride and achievement. They have made comments after maths tests at school about how they used what they learned at Mathnasium in their school tests and how they understand certain questions much more now. I honestly thought it would take some convincing for them to go to more maths after school but they haven’t moaned once! They genuinely enjoy going there. All the tutors seem friendly and caring and Mark is really approachable and gives regular updates on how they are getting on.

My daughter struggled with mathematics and we visited many other tuitions but they did not help her as well as Mathnasium has. The staff are friendly and supportive and the system is great. Also, they don’t give homework but ensure that students absorb as much knowledge as they can. They keep track of your child’s progress and my daughter has improved significantly in her mathematics skills.
Our son started at Mathnasium Worcester about four weeks ago. At first he was quite reluctant to attend, but the team were very patient and supportive which really helped him settle in. Since then we’ve seen a big change in his attitude — he’s now enjoying the sessions and engaging much more positively with maths.
He joined because he needed to catch up on a few areas, and in a short space of time he’s already making good progress. The structured approach and encouragement from the instructors seem to be building both his understanding and his confidence.
With GCSEs coming up next year, we’re hopeful that continuing at Mathnasium will really help strengthen his skills and keep him on track. So far it’s been a very positive experience for him and for us as parents.

My daughter loves attending Mathsnasium. The staff are very friendly. You get regular updates on your child's progress. my daughter is a lot more confident in her maths. It's very handy for us.
My son loves coming along to Mathnasium on Hampton Hill High Street. That's because of the fab team there. They know how to stretch his skills, encourage him, and to make it a welcoming environment. So pleased it opened up close to us.
Mathnasium delivers results comparable to one-to-one tutoring, but at a lower cost. Many of history's greatest thinkers enjoyed this type of learning proving how much of an advantage it is.
