I love the pool for both individual workouts and water classes.

I hate the fact that the women's locker room door is always left open and anyone passing by can see in. A simple curtain by the vanity counter would solve the problem and not cost a lot.

I especially enjoy and benefit from the 'Better Balance' class that Bob directs. The class helps improve all the muscles in your body and is fun while doing it.

I really appreciate the pool. It has made my recovery from chemo so much more bearable.

Also, the instructors and lifeguards are all very nice and welcoming (especially Deb, Laurie, Penny, and Larry).

I mainly use the machines for both cardio and then lifting weights. I'm getting ready for knee replacement surgery. Hopefully in the future, I will take advantage of your other programs.

The gym is clean and the restroom is clean. There are good coffee and ice tea supplies in the lobby. The front desk staffs are very friendly.
