The gym and pool
it is easy to do what I like to do.
Peg is an outstanding mentor in cardio aerobics 2X week. She changes up the program to keep us moving forward and is absolutely superb at queuing movements.
Meeting people and making connections.
The classes are geared to people over 50. The instructors are easy to follow and they make the classes fun. I enjoy all aspects of the center. I also enjoy the card games and line dancing

Aqua classes
I just go there for the dances, generally; however, I enjoy other activities such as the recent 'veterans day meal' and other like activities. Keep up the good work and continue what you do especially what you do for senior citizens
