Group classes help me keep on track with my workouts. If I’m lacking motivation or energy I can borrow it from my classmates and vice versa. It creates community which we all need for belonging, support, and meaning in a stress-filled day.
We are members of Armbrust, but happened to be at the vehicle department so thought we'd check it out. It would be nice to have a couple more nu-step machines as there seemed to be a waiting time for those.
Love the workout area and love how big it is haven't tried the pool yet but I will and the gym but haven't tried playing basketball yet

I love the Silver Sneakers workout program. The instructors make it fun and the workouts are well worth the time and effort.
Love dance fit. People who work during days can't go Monday or Wednesday morning. Would love Annette to teach a Monday night class.
Love water aerobics at Sarpy and the weight machines and MX 4 active and functional mobility classes at Buena Vista gym. Kevin T is very knowledgeable and a great motivator!
We love how the pool is a great depth for kids and is warm enough. One of the only ones in town that is properly heated.

Good instructors with positive attitudes, other enjoyable participants, and varied classes.
People are kind and we like the dance programs. Yoga is the best at Sarpy. Kati is the greatest instructor and D as well.
I frequent the exercise/weight area. In this area there is the means to reinvent yourself. The new you can be fashioned.

My husband and I started using the pool facility this winter and have been very pleased with the accessibility of the pool, the other swimmers/water walkers hare very pleasant, the life guards are friendly, attentive, the locker rooms are clean and well kept. Im glad we took “Michelle’s” suggestion and checked the facility out. I have used the treadmills down in the equipment room and especially like being able to look out over open fields that surround the campus

Sarpy has a variety of classes to try and stay healthy for any age group.
I have been a member for eight years and have taken some of the classes.
Age plays a big part of which classes I can adapt to.
