I love the body pump class. I just wish they were more accommodating to the people who work.

Convenient hours for me, my son is happy to go every day! He's excited both about the day to day stuff, like kickball, but also the special activities too...

My child comes home from summer camp everyday happy and exhausted. They do such an amazing job keeping kids active and healthy!

They have all the equipment I want and need for my workout and all the amenities larger gyms have. We drop in when traveling through and the staff is alway helpful and courteous.

I enjoy getting to know other people with the same changles that I have.
I enjoy giving encouragement to those I know are struggling . I try to do my best

The times for body pump and DanceFit work great with my schedule. But even more, I love how "at home" this Y feels. It is clean with updated amenities. The staff is always super friendly.
