The variety of exercise programs, esp. Silver Sneakers
I like the variation of the group exercise classes and times. The instructors are amazing and take the time to show alternate moves or stretches to accommodate those with body restrictions.
I attend the Tuesday/Thursday silver sneakers classes because I wanted more exercise partly to sleep thru the night, and partly because I want to get stronger after breaking my hip -- these classes really fill the bill!
I had a positive experience with the childcare opportunity and hope that value continues for me and my children. The facilities are in good shape. The showers and locker room were in acceptable shape - I found a broken soap dispenser in the stall I chose. Otherwise, it was a 10.
I use the cardio room and the weight room. The machines are in good shape and you can usually find a machine, even when it's busy. The staff is also helpful and friendly.
I just use the gym
I like the group activities and find them beneficial.
Clean facilities. Equipment on the newer end
Fun flexible and family oriented
Love silver sneakers ,Yoga class and Mind body classes. We try to never miss them! All instructors do a great job of providing appropriate and fun exercises for seniors. We look forward to coming to class.

The swimming pool
I’m a big fan of the Y. They’re family friendly and very accommodating.
I love the layout of the weight room, it makes super-setting easy.
Very welcoming, I don't feel intimidated.
I love the group exercise classes. The instructors are great!
I also really like the Senior Center. The host/staff, Ms. Rosalind Moore, is very welcoming and the atmosphere is nice.
There are many activities that engage children in physical and mental activities. My grandson likes participating in several of the offerings.
The food is good and great movies to watch. Time to enjoy friends here.
Yesterday, Tuesday Dec 16th, I stepped into Tiffany's office to express my gratitude for the
efforts of her department (Debra & Dan) to provide me, age 75, with the Silver Sneakers
morning programs. Since I have a visual impairment, my attendance can become somewhat
limited at times, limited by transportation challenges.
Thank you Tiffany for the Wed 9 AM chair exercise class.
Thank you Dan for the Monday 9 AM Silver Sneakers class.
Thank you Debra for the Tuesday/Thursday 9:30 AM Silver Sneakers class.
I was hoping to have my daughter, Dr. KT Last name removed, Ph.D. in attendance at Dan's
Dec 22nd class but ... her duties in St. Paul, MN as a yoga instructor in a senior living
facility will keep her away.
I did tell Brandon that I set a personal record = > attending 4 different YMCA locations
in Omaha within a 7 day time span. (It took 75 years to attain this PR). Tue at Ambrust,
Wed at 75& Maple, Fri at 132nd & Arbor and Monday at the DT YMCA.
Best wishes,
Tom von Earling

I enjoy the group exercise classes. It gives me the opportunity to meet new people.
The swimming coaches have been great. Our daughter has been working on her techniques for her middle school swim team. With the guidance and extra help that she received from the coaches she improved not only her techniques but her times.
Thank you very much for the extra help. She is loving her time in the pool and the help to improve for the swim team.

I love your Silver Sneakers exercise classes which are geared for us older folks. Instructors also give suggestions to make the exercises more or less challenging, and all skill levels are welcome.
