Difficult right now but I keep advertising and dragging people in. Love body pump and all the teachers, Stacy at desk, and friends everywhere. When the coffee comes back and maybe the towels (?) it will be perfect.

Andrea is very knowledgeable and patient with my kids. She is able to adapt to their skill level and push them to do more.

Before COVID-19 I attended various programs that were flexible with my schedule to obtain my goal of healthy living. Due to Covid-19 I will not be attending no activities outside of my home until I am able to get the vaccine to protect myself and my family

I love the Boxing Gym area. The Heavy Bag is Perfect. It's heavy, it's hard to hit and everything a boxer would need for a workout. Having access to an area to hang up a speedbag is nice as well. It'd be nice if they Y provided one but I'd imagine that there were difficulties in the past which is why one isn't provided. However, I do bring my own and am allowed to make use of it.
I like how when I workout there, it's like my own private Boxing gym and no one bothers me. That's the reason why I signed up for a membership and will continue my workouts with the Downtown Y and my weight loss endeavors.
My nephew and I love the Basketball court as well.

I like the gym and the community. The staff is the best that I have seen of any gym facility and I've been to more than 10.
I like that most of the additional classes are free. You guys aren’t anything fancy, but you have the equipment needed to get in a good workout, and your personal trainers actually know what they are talking about, rather than a meat head who just screams at you.
