I appreciate that Downtown Y camps bring the kids on field trips. The staff is good with the kids and my son always looks forward to camp at Downtown Y.
Staff is always friendly. I am greeted every time I arrive and spoken to every time I depart.
I just go there to work out on the fixed weights and on the elliptical. I do, however, really like the amenities of the men’s dressing and work out room, especially the sauna. Those who work there are always very friendly and helpful.
I liked that every week had a different theme, my kiddos were never just sitting around, getting to walk to childrens musuem or liberty every week, and of course the field trips.
Communication and organization
We loved day camp! Lots of fun activities and great staff, good communication.
this summer was great for my girls! They had a wonderful time at the YMCA and we had really smooth sailing with the program and counselors!
Very friendly atmosphere. Easily located welcoming staff.
The pool is beautiful. The windows really make it a lovely place to exercise.

I love the women's workout room. The swimming lessons and pool for laps is awesome. Everyone is friendly and kind.

I enjoy swimming and I like your pool.
I wish there were more aquatic classes either early Saturday morning or later afternoon or even for adults, because I am working during the day when the adult aquatic classes are & I shouldn't have to drive 10 miles on a Saturday morning when I pay a monthly membership & have a Y right around the block from me.
Also, I feel as if the downtown Y Tuesday evening instructor could be more interactive with class. It was my 2nd yoga class & my knowledge was nil. I feel like more instruction could be provided besides saying what pose was being done next, etc. My first class was on a Monday evening downtown as well & the instructor was fantastic. She was welcoming & gave guidance/tips during the class.
I know this is supposed to be about likes--I apologize I just had to get this out.
I appreciate kids had a variety of activities from more academic to physical activity to outings. Kiddo came home both enthuastic and tired from the day telling me they were getting what they needed from camp.
I just use the equipment.

The best thing I like is the staff. They are all so friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. I live in Council Bluffs but go to the downtown Omaha YMCA because the staff there is awesome!

That this location is the only one with actual programs/activities to offer outside the Y location.
