I have endless positive things to say about the Armbrust YMCA. It has very helpful and friendly staff. It’s also a great facility. They keep it nice and clean. Even members are very kind and courteous!

Group workouts have GREAT instructors and are scheduled at the perfect times (for me). Also, the monthly cost is really a bargain for everything you get!

I love the Livestrong program. The fellowship with the trainers & other cancer survivors is wonderful. I feel like I’m learning how to care for myself and live healthy.

I like that it’s close to my house. I wish they opened at 6 on Saturday and 7 on Sundays .

What do you like about our programs and activities?

The Livestrong program is helping me gain my strength back after chemo and teaching me to exercise properly with the machines. I really like my instructors Belinda and Jake and of course Amber. Thanks to Shelly who recommended it. I never would have known.
