I enjoy many of the group classes! The social aspect is great, and the instructors are amazing!! They make the exercises fun and engaging! Everyone is so kind and interactive. I thoroughly enjoy everything about it!

I wish there were classes in that 6am hr. You have 530 and then 8am. Otherwise I do like the Y.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I just finished the LiveStrong Program and I found great benefit for my physical goals and to do it with people who have faced cancer just makes it more special. Marcy and Kayli were great instructors. I have since joined the Y with a family membership. Thank you for offering this program which kickstarted me to be more disciplined with exercise and getting to know more of the staff and others who frequent the Y.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

Mostly I bring my daughter to the pool to swim laps as she practices for her Special Olympics meets. The lifeguards are fantastic, very observant and friendly.

What do you like about our programs and activities?

I like the large variety of classes and different schedules. The YMCA is a great resource to the community. I like the kids classes such as "Ninja Class" and the pool.
