Friendliness of the staff and my child enjoys herself

We love the YMCA programs and activities. They make us feel like family, and the time they take to really get to know every single kid is amazing. They’re not just keeping kids busy but they’re teaching them to be respectful, responsible, and kind. It’s been a great experience for our family.

The teachers are really good with the students. I trust them with my child and I can’t wait for the next school year to come so he can come back into the program.

The afterschool program creates a safe environment with activities to help keep children active while parents are working.

They're creative yet consistent, creates a good routine for kids and also allows them to explore.

YMCA Chester is a great program for kids. I love the hands on activities from morning before school starts to after school ends. My daughter looks forward to going and love all the staff. I feel comfortable and safe allowing her to attend a great program.

My family is so grateful for the childcare provided by the YMCA at our school. The counselors and site director provide so many activities for the kids to keep them engaged. My daughter loves attending before/after care through the YMCA.

what I like about the program is that it allows for me and my daughter‘s father to be able to go to work and be able to work eight hours and still make sure that we have adequate before and after care for our daughter

My son has been involved in the YMCA Childcare program and the Summer Camp YMCA program for years. He loves the activities and the counselors very much. With the variety of childcare providers we have tried, YMCA childcare program has been our favorite. We will continue to choose the YMCA for our other children when the time comes.

We love Ms. Lainee and all of the counselors at the Y before and after school programs. They do so many fun activities with the kids and really make it a point to build a positive relationship with not only the children but the parents as well!

The program is filled with fun activities for the children to keep them learning and active. My child LOVES all the staff and each day he comes home excited to tell me what new, fun activity he did at the YMCA. 100% recommend!
