Service staff recently completed replacing my 25+ year old malfunctioning tank. They were prompt, courteous, and completed the task in a timely fashion. The only thing I would suggest, is that the company itself take the time to have some form of caller ID placed on their business lines. Incoming calls to me were always received as “unknown caller” or “spam risk”. This resulted in the need for extra call backs between me and the office staff, as I always associate those types of unknown calls with telemarketing scams, and more recently the annoying ongoing political calls.

This is our first dealings with Eastern. Prior to filling the tank we had to have the tank inspected and provide proof of ownership.We were given a time schedule which was quite accurate The gentleman that came to inspect it with a very well mannered and knowledgeable man. He did a great job. A day or so later or tank was filled at the quoted price.

asked to get new tanks many times. Come on do for this the tanks are disgustingly
