Prior to filling the tank we had to have the tank inspected and provide proof of ownership.We were given a time schedule which was quite accurate The gentleman that came to inspect it with a very well mannered and knowledgeable man. He did a great job. A day or so later or tank was filled at the quoted price.

I called for an automatic restart and also a refill and within less than a week my tank was filled. I feel confident my communication with the new company will run smoothly. I only wish somebody would return emails that I write because I am a deaf senior and that is the preferred way for me to commun icate.

My propane is delivered automatically, I love that I do not need remember to call and order. Also in times that I ran low it has always been delivered in a timely manner even when it was my own fault because I forgot to pay the bill. Great customer service thank you
