Kristen is amazing, our cats love her, her reports are always complete with picture.
Thanks to her, we don't stress about the cats when we travel. We are more free to make vacation plans. We are also excited to receive regular updates with pictures.

The app makes it so easy to book a service. I also like that we always get the same pet sitter, Barb. She is reliable and most importantly our kitties adore her! I also love that she does a journal each day that she visits with pictures. I recently referred my friend and she is so happy with Barb!

What do you like about our services?

I almost only use Kristen and she is terrific with the cats and bringing in mail and other little things. She notifies us how the cats are doing and she spends he full allowed time with them. The service is only as good as the people who provide it and if other sitters are as good as her, then I highly recommend Fetch. We actually used a Fetch affiliate in Miami when we lived there too.

I liked the special attention to Mr. Zanzibar and his needs, as well as the daily updates from Barb! I felt Zanzi was in the best of hands, although he was still very, very mad at me when I got home :-) The concierge in my building also commented on Barb's professionalism, which was nice to hear.

Barb is so great with our kitties! They were shy at first and now they are out waiting for her when she visits. We have had the freedom to travel more this summer because we know that the boys are well taken care of. Barb really is the cat whisperer and she sends us such great pet journals when we are away. I have recommended her to everyone I know who is looking for pet sitting services. We are so lucky to have found her!
