The service was excellent. The people were accommodating, listened and acted with empathy and compassion. Everyone I had interactions with were simply great. It was a difficult time but Mark in the early stages was always available, returning my calls and answering my inquiries. Then Derek took over and he was constantly following up to ensure things were moving as they should have been. Then there are the trades doing the work and cleaning up. Totally impressed!!! Job done in timely manner, professional and good job on finish product. The only thing I noticed was a section of floor was not properly cleaned at the finish lot of foot marks left hard time cleaning it up afterwards.

The roofers were amazing....they worked fast and worked as a team. When they finished they cleaned my yard and driveway and even went to the neighbors and picked up any stray pices of debris that had blown on their property. I would recommend Service Master every time.....thank you so much

They went above and beyond what I expected of them. They were easily approachable and any time I asked them something it was always a yes. I show everyone all the work they did when we have visitors. I'm truly impressed and would recommend servicemaster to anyone!
The above and beyond professionalism of this company is excellent. Every person that came into our home during our emergency were knowledgeable and the repairs that were done to make our house a home was more than satisfactory. All issues were resolved in a timely manner and we were back into our house quickly. If you are in need of repairs in emergency situations I would highly recommend Service Master to get the job done.
Firstly the positive attitude of our project manager. We were concerned about the situation. Glen was so understanding and reassuring you really got the feeling he was going to take our bad situation and make it into a positive one. You got the feeling from day one “It was all about us”. Very comforting.
We were well informed throughout the project. We knew what was happening and when each phase was to be started and completed. Yes there were some adjustments to the schedule which we were informed of and the reason for the changes.
Workers - WOW. Friendly, Understanding, Accommodating, Professional, Helpful. they were always there to do the job right. If we had a question or suggestion they took the time to listen and understand our concern. There was not one occasion when we were made to feel that they weren’t interested in our concerns. Always there to assist with our request or provide rationale for it not being doable.
