The space is small, though, so when compared to other studios like Cow Hollow, it would seem that one would never get the same level of energy that adds to the experience.
The separation between mats is pretty good. Please keep that.

Great teachers! Especially Annelle, Riley, Jordan K, Jonas, Urvi, Annie. Building a sense of community where I feel welcomed, seen and accepted as I am. Ability to grow my yoga practice in a safe supported way. And have fun and reduce anxiety. It's becoming my go-to stress-release for me.

I get a great workout at CorePower Yoga. The instructors put together thoughtful routines with lively music and variety of poses/exercises.
The Sunday reset class is the perfect way to begin a new week. The stretching, breathing and over all mind body connection was great. Loved the queueing, the sequence and the recovery at the end. Also LOVED the live singing. So soulful and soothing!

Corepower has the most fun, encouraging instructors who have gotten me in the best shape of my life (shoutout Gianfranco and Urvi!). It’s conveniently located in my neighborhood with classes that mix strength, balance, focus, and flexibility for a total body workout that pushes me out of my comfort zone.
It is a wonderful work out. The staff are always kind and welcoming. I have been to the Newport, Phoenix and San Francisco studios. They are great!

Great class taught by Rachel. I remember when I first took her class she was new at Nob Hill then saw she transitioned over to Nopa. Honestly really surprised with how good she got in such short time. Really liked her class and music choice/flow.
