I think everyone at the Y is very welcoming. The members are the same way. I never feel uncomfortable in an exercise class when I am trying to learn the new routine.
The staff is very kind. The classes are plentiful and well-done, and I have all of the exercise equipment that I need. Child watch is great as well; the staff care about the kids and interact with them.
