We have Renew Active under UnitedHealthcare & joined this YMCA when we were visiting. We only used the facility for pickleball so we can't comment on the machines or classes.

Luv Cindy's AOA class just waaaay too much marching. Maybe cut that back so she can do weights, etc without running out of time. Warming up and stretching would be better before all the marching.

From the moment you enter the front doors you feel welcomed. The front desk staff are very friendly. The classes and teachers are very welcoming and encourage you to do your best. I went from not exercising much to doing to at least 3 or 4 water classes a week. An added bonus are all the wonderful people you meet. I would highly recommend the YMCA to any one.

It is very clean, professional, friendly, and family oriented.
Love the ymca and will continue to go and recommend it. My only complaint is the website is very poor and difficult to use. Clear information about kids swimming and sports is needed. Online sign up for lane swimming is needed. More information about the adult classes is needed.

I’m new here. Love the senior exercise classes. Also, the facility looks very clean. Looking forward to more exercise classes and possibly going into the pool.

You are greeted at Carls Milford Y by the nicest personnel behind the desk always having a smile and helping you in capacity. They also have a magnitude of classes to sign up for and that’s all ages! The facility is super clean! Just wish the oool was open a little longer so after late morning classes you could enjoy the nice, warm water!
