I liked the Receptionist, She helped me with the Paperwork for becoming a Member of the YMCA. She also helped me concerning the Parking situation. She was very Kind and answered my questions as she gave me a tour

The ceiling was dripping in the workout room. Not bad. Wasn't a big deal. I didn't mention it to anyone. But there's a hole already so it's not a new drip. I enjoy the facilities and can't wait for my entire family to take advantage of all of the offerings at the Y.

I'm no longer a spring chicken and all of the equipment that's needed to stay healthy along with a good diet that I take care of of course at home and the equipment you have there will give me a healthy long life
They have an excellent Senior citizens program. I love the silver sneaker programs
It's a great place. Not too crowded
Everyone that works there is very kind and welcoming. It is so uplifting and refreshing to walk in and be greeted by someone that is genuinely nice and heartwarming.
I run into older Detroit people who may be interested in a gym .... but I can always tell that they are afraid of the cost. I encourage them to contact you as I know you will help them in the membership. I am surprised how many i meet do not know that much about the Y - is there a way to increase the awareness of the Y? I know you do a lot already - but everyone should be talking about the Y.
Facility is always clean. Staff is always nice and helpful. Pool is always super warm and clean. Indoor track is a bonus during the winter months while to cold for the Detroit River Walk. Directly located off the people mover for convenience, because parking is an issue coming here.

We LOVE the YMCA! The Y is for everyone! My son is welcome and so is my husband and his service animal.

The Y is in a great location and has a wide variety of classes and self paced work out opportunities at reasonable rates. It’s always very clean and staff is always helpful! Locker rooms are always clean and the pool and workout areas are never too busy to work out.
