I love the three times weekly Active Adults exercise class at 10 am. I am 67 and the difficulty level is perfect (not too hard, not too easy) and the teachers superb!
Boll YMCA provides the best gym experience! The equipment is new and provides a variety of weights to allow different lifting capabilities. I attend the group fitness/wellness classes weekly. The teachers are amazing educators and are incredible coaches! Join the Y now!

I loved the friendliness of the staff and the location is actually great, despite being downtown I was able to quickly find parking for just $1. The facility was very clean and the pool was awesome! I love that this location has lap lanes open every morning Monday through Friday! I had a great experience over all.
Assessable to my needs
Cycling/Spinning classes taught by David and Monday evening Pilates class taught by Cheryl. Best instructors I’ve had. The facility is beautiful and spotless and staff are courteous.
