Friendly, classes, in walking distance
I really like belonging to the Y in downtown Detroit. I use my membership for lifting weights and working out, and that floor is always clean and organized and the people who work there are very nice and pleasant to interact with.
Great program and simplified.
The artist was very personable, and the hands-on presentation was appropriate for the entire family. We had participants from 8 years old to 68 years old.
Coach K is absolutely amazing and we LOVED the basketball program.

Thank you for the opportunity to share feedback. I really enjoy working out at the Downtown YMCA. It's the location closest to my home. The upstairs amenities are great, and customer service is always friendly, welcoming, and professional. If I could suggest one improvement, it would be adding a sauna. I think the women's locker room is spacious enough to accommodate one, and it would be a wonderful addition for recovery and relaxation. The only other downside is parking, though I understand that's hard to change downtown. Overall, I'm very happy and appreciate everything the staff does. Adding a sauna would make an already great YMCA even better.

It was clean and organized.
The gym staff, especially the new gentleman with braids, is excellent. They are friendly, helpful, and cheerful. Also, the facility is top knotch and I enjoy brining my sons to enjoy it as well.

Great lessons but too short, should be longer. I also recommend distributing the supplies, they should be accessible and available for everyone because they are helpful and needed.
