They provide leadership and teamwork for children and young adults through a multitude of events and classes, not merely those focused on sports. I Like the group exercises for seniors. When my kids were young we participated in the youth basketball program and the Friday night battle of the bans for middle school.

The pool is very clean, it's nice to have the lifeguards for peace of mind, the music is relaxing.
I do wish the stairwells and the hallways would be swept more often, they don't seem clean and often see dirt in the corners of the stairs.

I enjoy coming to exercise classes at the YMCA. The staff is very friendly, and the community of class members is very enjoyable. The classes are offered at t time that is good for my schedule.
I like the friendly Staff. I like that the facility is clean. I like that the location is in a neighborhood where I can run or walk right after I lift without a lot of traffic. I like the park next door. And most of all I think my trainer, Flavia, is fantastic.

Lifeguards are flexible, if few swimmers on water fitness side , I have been allowed to swim against the double lane lines separating the water fitness people from the lap swimmers.
