All the staff is very attentive, helpful and friendly. The locker room, showers and pool are clean. Life guards always pay attention and take their job seriously. Teachers of classes motivate students!! Front desk team and managers do everything they can to make the exercise experience at the Y a great one!
Like the small personal gym atmosphere. Chair yoga is great and I hope to take a few other classes in 2024 as well as explore the water aerobics class.

Upon retiring, my wife bought me time with a personal trainer for Christmas after listening to me complain about all my injuries and pains for so long. Well, I just got back from my first session and I learned how to do a different kind of work the proper way. It was well worth the session because I feel that my trainer knows exactly where I’m at and is preparing a schedule to move forward without hurting myself. I’m actually looking forward to great year of exercise.

The child care at the Y has been a saving grace on my hardest days.
I have attended two different classes and they’ve been really beneficial for my physical well-being. The instructors are great patient and helpful.

Clean, not intimidating and pleasant to be around others. Who are there to impress other people ,but rather exercise and get healthy.
I’m very comfortable there and enjoy all classes I’ve taken.

Ease of use. I can get inside, change cloths, do my work-out, change back into street cloths and be out in about an hour.
