I really enjoy my water aerobics classes. I made friends very fast. Unfortunately I got ill shortly after I started but look forward to coming back soon. It was a pleasure working out in the water again.

My swimming instructor Ari is the best. She is knowledgeable. She answers my questions. And is able to describe and demonstrate swim moves in a way that I can understand. She is patient, willing to repeat swim moves until I’m comfortable. Ari is kind. She shows support and encouragement. She is an overall all excellent swim instructor.

Linda is a fabulous instructor & pushes us seniors just enough. Such an important part of our overall health. Kathy limbers us up before our arobic exercise with Linda. Perfect combination.

I only joined a couple weeks ago and I love this Y! I’ve been there more than I’ve been to any other gym (which I kept joining and canceling) in the past 5 years. It’s clean, roomy, offers great classes and I like that there are different rooms devoted to specific activities. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable.

Silver Sneakers is playing games with all of us when they suspend insurance coverage and then offere reimbursement. They have made the reimbursement process next to IMPOSSIBLE.

We have loved the coaching at the YMCA. The classes are age appropriate but still challenging for them.
