Roger Gaddis performed a very comprehensive service on his visit. I was extremely satisfied with the detail and level of service he provided. From the very first visit, Rick has been incredibly patient and friendly, taking time to answer every question without ever making me feel rushed. He doesn’t just come in and do the job, he explains what he’s doing, why it matters, and what I can do to keep my home pest-free in between visits. That kind of patience is rare these days and really puts me at ease.
Rick’s professionalism shows in how thorough he is. He carefully checks all the spots that could be an issue, makes sure treatments are done safely, and always follows up to confirm everything is working as it should. You can tell he genuinely cares about the people he helps, not just the job itself.

Had a fairly significant carpenter ant issue with one of my trees and my guy stopped by - fixed it - and went on his way. Asked no questions and left me no additional bill other than my standard monthly service. That is how you keep a customer!
